    Hello,

    It doesn't work. The app tells me it cannot connect to your servers, and to check "status". When I click on the "get status", it tells everything is ok. And then it asks me to log in (I was logged in). And again: "cannot connect to our servers", "check status", etc.
    So, if I'd want to work on my presentations where there is no internet, there will simply be no way; on the other hand, I have internet now and it doesn't work either…
    So it doesn't work either way. No value at all.

    So that's to say we cannot use the app to edit our PPT, isn't it?

    Hi--that is correct. The desktop player is meant for offline viewing/presenting only. To edit your presentation, you would need to use your web browser (Chrome or Safari 11+)
